What of the Linden Method?
Have you heard of the Linden Method? I did, from a friend, and it got me curious. First off, anything that's named after a person always gets me curious. I don't have anything named after me, that's why. For that reason, I always assume that anyone whose name is used before a product must have done something remarkable, something special.
I looked up one Linden Method review, but found nothing on who this Linden is and why the method is called the Linden Method. Much too curious (and because I read from a Linden Method review that if the Linden system worked, I'd be one happy clam indeed) to stop my search, I got my copy of the Linden Manual, audio tracks, and video. What I read made me think. I'll explain why.
If you have a tendency to be “high strung”, you may not realize that you are actually having panic and anxiety attacks. As your condition gets worse, you may find that the palpitations, nightmares, and other problems get progressively worse. But of course, unless you've read the Linden Method, you may not even equate your problem with anxiety attacks. Even your doctors will most likely dismiss your symptoms as sure indicators of dementia. In other words, think of the many people who wouldn't have been dismissed as insane if they only knew about the Linden Method or bothered to read a Linden Method review!
What surprised me about the Linden Method is that doctors and psychiatrists from all over the world are actually providing a recommendation and a Linden Method review to patients. I was even surprised to find that many medical professionals are only to happy to give me a Linden Method review.
Many professionals will tell you that anxiety and panic attacks are triggered, in part, by life experiences that adversely affect your brain. Interestingly enough, the Linden Method addresses a tiny region of the brain that is responsible for all these problems. I learned from my reading that once you reprogram this part of your brain with the Linden method, you may never have another panic attack again.
Each year, people live with horrible long term damage to their bodies as they make use of conventional anti-anxiety medications. At the same time, the effects of these medications may actually prevent them from taking the kinds of action that any reasonable person would take to get out of a bad situation. For example, they may stay in unsuitable jobs and relationships because their brain is no longer triggering them to recognize that they need to make some changes. Or, they may be hell-bent on maintaining unhealthy patterns that they would have been better off changing because they do not know any better. In a sense, you can think of the Linden Method as a way to preserve your free will, as well as a way to get rid of all the upsetting symptoms that come with panic and anxiety attacks. I did. And yes, I eventually got around to finding out who this Linden is. Take it from me, the guy has every right to attach his name to this method.
