The Panic Puzzle - Not Puzzling at All
Have you heard of The Panic Puzzle? Sounds like the title of a movie, doesn't it? When I first heard the name, I thought it's the latest blockbuster featuring Mickey Rourke. I mentioned it to a friend, suggesting we read The Panic Puzzle review together and decide if it's worth seeing come Friday, and I got laughed at.
Obviously, someone hasn't been keeping up with the latest in Hollywood. Not only is Mickey Rourke more stale than yesterday's pizza and couldn't possibly be starring in any new movie, The Panic Puzzle isn't a movie. It's a book. Or, to be more precise, it's an ebook. And, because my blooper made me curious enough to read it, I didn't just read The Panic Puzzle reviews, I got my own copy!
This is what I learned, after I've read the last sentence: if you have never heard of The Panic Puzzle, then you are missing out on one of your best chances for getting rid of panic and anxiety attacks. The book teaches you to recognize the games your mind is playing. Once you learn this very useful trick, you can stop your mind from causing you any further mayhem.
If you read The Panic Puzzle reviews, you will find real, 9-to-5-working, with-2.5-kids people who have successfully used the four-step process found in The Panic Puzzle. None of the reviews reveal precisely what the four steps are (so you can forget your plans to be sneaky and get that information for free - gotcha!). However, you will gain some insights into how useful they really are. For example, some people share the fears they've been able to overcome. Fear of heights, enclosed spaces, and social situations - you name it, someone somewhere has gotten the better of it.
What's interesting to note is that in one of The Panic Puzzle review that I read, a woman from Wisconsin shared how grateful she is to have been shown how to take charge of her own life, under her own terms. She was shaken to the core to realize that all along, while her panic attacks ruined her career and her relationship with friends, she never realized she could have stopped the downward spiral simply by checking on her thoughts. In her The Panic Puzzle review, she wrote that she would have given anything - perhaps half her pension - if someone years back had explained to her how her symptoms worked and how she could have stopped them with a single thought.
This is one ebook that changed my perspective, I tell you. I will never look at frightening situations the same way again. And, from this day onward, I will work at realigning my mindset so that instead of seeing obstacles, it will see opportunities for growth. I will never be a victim to anxiety and panic attacks ever again. And of course, I will stop associating Mickey Rourke with everything I hear.
